Hi, I'm Hilary Rudenauer, the face behind The Mindful Mama. I'm so happy you found your way here!
I created The Mindful Mama in 2020 to nurture and support individuals and families through times of transition, challenge, and growth. I utilize the tools of Reiki, yoga, postpartum doula services, and inner-work practices to help people find a greater sense of ease and strength within their, minds, bodies, and environments.
I am passionate about walking with individuals on their journeys of self-discovery and transformation. As a woman, mother, and trauma survivor, I've spent much of my life navigating my own healing journey. Each day I work to release limiting beliefs, claim my power, find balance and create the most authentic and present life possible. In my work, I use my lived experience, combined with expert training, to help my clients reach their goals and empower them to step into the lives of their choosing.
I believe we all have the wisdom, courage, and healing capacities required to face life's challenges and become our best selves. Yet, sometimes, we can use a little help clearing the rubble of pain, fear, and doubt that prevents us from realizing our potential and seeing the way forward. As a healer, guide, and supporter, I'm here to help you do just that.
